At Bonfire, we stand behind every template we create. Buying a template from us is more than a one-time purchase — it’s a long-term investment in tools you can count on. Bonfire Assurance is our way of making sure you always have access to the templates you’ve paid for, with free updates and reliable protection.

What Bonfire Assurance Covers

  • Lifetime Updates
    Whenever we improve a template — adding new sections, widgets, or performance fixes — you’ll automatically receive the latest version at no extra cost.


  • Access Protection
    If your template is ever removed from your account or you lose access for reasons outside your control, we’ll re-transfer the original template free of charge once you provide proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation).



  • Continued Compatibility
    Our templates are built for the Duda platform. Updates ensure they stay compatible with Duda’s evolving features and functionality.

What Bonfire Assurance Does Not Cover

To keep Bonfire Assurance fair for everyone, some limitations apply:


  • Resale or Redistribution
    Customers are not permitted under any circumstance to resell, redistribute, or transfer Bonfire templates to others. Assurance only applies to the original purchaser.


  • Custom Modifications
    Any edits, redesigns, or modifications you make to the template are your responsibility. We don’t guarantee or restore altered versions.


  • Third-Party Issues
    We’re not responsible for problems caused by Duda outages, third-party apps, or integrations outside of our control.


  • Lost Proof of Purchase
    To re-transfer a template, we require a valid receipt or order confirmation. Without proof of purchase, we cannot restore files.



  • Refunds or Replacements
    Bonfire Assura
    nce does not extend to refunds, exchanges, or replacement of one template with another. It only covers re-transferring the specific template you purchased.

Why We Offer This

We know accounts can sometimes lose access or experience accidental removals. Bonfire Assurance ensures you never lose the value of your purchase, while also protecting our work and keeping the system fair for everyone. It’s our way of showing that we care about your long-term success without leaving the door open to misuse.

How to Submit a Claim

To request coverage under Bonfire Assurance, email support@builtbybonfire.com with the following required information:


  • Full name of the purchaser
  • Email address used at purchase
  • A valid receipt or order confirmation
  • A clear description of the issue (e.g., lost access, template removed)



Important: Claims without valid proof of purchase will not be processed. Bonfire Assurance only applies to the original purchaser and the specific template listed on the order. We may decline or limit claims that conflict with our Terms of Use, indicate misuse, or lack sufficient documentation.
