We operate under strict confidentiality. Any information, client details, strategies, or deliverables we access while providing services will never be disclosed to third parties, except where required by law. Our work is always carried out behind the scenes, under your brand, and with full respect for the agency–client relationship.

Preserving Agency Integrity

Bonfire never takes public credit for outsourced work. We do not brand or watermark deliverables, and we will never solicit or approach an agency’s clients directly. Our role is to strengthen your agency, not compete with it.

Safeguards & Restrictions

To ensure the security and integrity of every engagement:

• All deliverables remain exclusive to the commissioning agency.
• Resale, redistribution, or replication of deliverables without written consent is strictly prohibited.
• Confidential information is never used outside the scope of the contracted work.

Limitations

While Bonfire maintains strict confidentiality protocols, we cannot be held responsible for breaches or disclosures caused by factors outside our control, including third-party platforms, unforeseen technical failures, or unlawful acts by unrelated parties.
